About the Practice

Charles Joel Bier, M.D., PLLC is a membership-only medical practice, which provides comprehensive Primary Care for its limited membership. The practice has a strong focus on management of aging, and utilizes extensive diagnostic testing including blood, urine, x-ray, Dexa bone mineral density and body composition scans, ambulatory blood pressure and rhythm monitoring, electrocardiogram, arterial plethysmography, arterial intima media thickness ultrasound, eVox neuroscience brain studies, and numerous other modalities.

While treatments with prescription medications and elite supplements are often utilized, hormone supplementation treatments are also available, using oral, transdermal, and injected medication, as well as implanted pellet therapy.

Aesthetic skin treatments are also available, including the Vampire Facial®, the Vampire Face Lift®, the Vampire Breast Lift®, the Vampire Nipple Lift®, the Vampire Wing Lift®, and the Vampire Hair Treatment®.

Sexual enhancement procedures are also available. For women, Dr. Bier offers the GAINSWave® for Her and the O-Shot®.  For men, Dr. Bier offers GAINSWave® for Him Low-Intensity Shock Wave (Pulsed Acoustical Wave) Therapy as well as the Priapus Shot® (P-Shot®) to the list of available therapies for his patients. 

Dr. Bier cherishes his long-term relationships with his patients. His goals are to provide the most comprehensive preventive care available, to help manage chronic health issues, and to enable patients to succeed in their own personal health care goals. What is Concierge Medicine?

Concierge Medicine has been available since around 1996. It is also known as Membership or Boutique Medicine. Concierge medicine offers you highly personalized healthcare and greater access to your doctor.

Patients pay a fee to become concierge members and enjoy all of the benefits that come with the program. At his private practice, Dr. Bier offers annual memberships for local, national, and international individuals and families.

Dr. Bier is a dedicated diagnostician. As such, he will leave no stone unturned. He will learn about your habits, your likes and dislikes, your home and your work lives – and any other conditions that will help you both collaborate on the most effective approach to addressing your health needs.

Included in you concierge care are:

• Annual Executive Health Evaluation
• Detailed medical history
• Evaluation of your lifestyle, quality of life, and risk factors for disease
• Physical examinations
• Recommendations for preventive vaccinations for influenza, pneumonia, and other diseases
